Services
- Execute Accounts Payable & Receivables
- Rent Interception (Absentee owners)
- Responsible for the preparation of liens & foreclosures with the Associations Attorney.
- Maintain your investment and recommend ways to improve the appearance, safety, and efficiency of your property.
- Licensed property managers with extensive experience in Home Owner and Condominium Associations
- Conduct Weekly Property Inspections
- Enforcement of community documents
- Property Manager attends all Board of Directors meetings
- Perform all administrative functions in an efficient and professional manner.
- Solicit bids from qualified contractors when needed for repairs in common areas, such as: electrical, landscaping, etc.
- Assist the Board in negotiating maintenance and service contracts.
- Assist the Board of Directors in the preparation of their yearly budget.
- Prepare agendas for all meetings with special emphasis on the Budget and Annual meetings
- Prepare and advise on the monthly management reports. For example, balance sheet, income statement, monthly bank statements, etc.
