Conduct Weekly Property Inspections

Enforcement of community documents

Property Manager attends all Board of Director’s meetings

Perform all administrative functions in an efficient and
professional manner.

Solicit bids from qualified contractors when needed for repairs in
common areas, such as: electrical, landscaping, etc.

Assist the Board in negotiating maintenance and service contracts.

Assist the Board of Directors in the preparation of their yearly
budget.

Prepare agendas for all meetings with special emphasis on the
Budget and Annual meetings

Prepare and advise on the monthly management reports. For
example, balance sheet, income statement, monthly bank statements,
etc.

Execute Accounts Payable & Receivables
-
Responsible for the preparation of liens & foreclosures with the
Association’s Attorney.

Maintain
your investment and recommend ways to improve the appearance,
safety and efficiency of your property.
