The company was founded in 1985 under Gables Professional Realty by certified general contractor and real estate broker Rogelio Cainzos. In 1998, Rogelio was joined by wife Aleida and son Roger, allowing the business to expand its residential management interests.
The company's tremendous growth and success led to the formation of Gables Professional Management in 1999. GABLES PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT focuses on the management of homeowner and condominium associations. GPM is a member of the LBA and a proud contributor to the FIU Baseball Alumni Association.
